Our Apple Tree Orchard is Growing Strong!
Green River Farms has planted 6,000 apple trees in the past few years and they are now bearing fruit. Our orchard has a wide variety of apples trees, including Cortland, Empire, Cameo, Jona Gold, Gala, Fuji, Macintosh, Honey crisp, Paula Reds and Macoun. They are being grown with an integrated pest management (IPM) technique that allows us to treat them with minimal spraying.

Greater Variety!
Green River Farms has doubled the acreage for its 2006 crop. We are featuring new varieties of squash, tomatoes, pumpkins, and more! We’ll also have plenty of corn for you to enjoy throughout the season, including butter and sugar, and super sweet!
